About Hepure Technologies
A supplier of remediation and water treatment chemicals, working with environmental consultants since 1994. We sell the chemistry, help you match it to the site, and estimate the quantity. Consultants, contractors, site owners and agencies in the United States and abroad buy from us because the product arrives as specified and the person on the phone knows the chemistry.

What Hepure does, and what it does not
Hepure Technologies, Inc. supplies the chemistries used for in situ soil and groundwater remediation and for industrial and municipal water treatment: zero valent iron, permanganates, hydrogen peroxide, persulfate, calcium peroxide, calcium polysulfide, activated carbon, electron donors, ferrous sulfate, sodium hydroxide and iron pyrites. Two of these are our own product lines, Ferox zero valent iron and Remotox calcium polysulfide; the rest we source and stock in remediation and water treatment grades.
We are a supplier, not an engineering firm. We do not design treatment programs, write remedial action plans or run injections. What we do, every day, is help a consultant decide which chemistry fits a contaminant and a soil or aquifer, estimate how much is needed from the site data, and deliver it in the packaging the job calls for. If the honest answer is that a different product, or a different vendor, serves the site better, we say so.
Since 1994
Hepure has worked with environmental consulting firms, private companies and government agencies since 1994. Our Ferox iron powders entered the remediation market in 2000 and have become the most widely used micron-scale iron in North America, with documented outcomes at more than 150 sites. In 2022 alone, nearly 1,000 tons of Ferox went to more than 15 projects in the US and overseas. The permanganate, oxidant, carbon and bioremediation lines grew out of the same relationships: consultants who bought iron from us asked us to supply the rest of the treatment train.
Specifications and certifications
CarbPure TRA powdered activated carbon is certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and meets ANSI/AWWA B600-16. For the other water treatment grades, ask for the current certification listings with your quote. Product specifications, data sheets and safety data sheets are published on each product page and on the technical resources page.
