Emulsified Vegetable Oil
Hepure is a key distributor of EVO for contaminated site remediation. EVO stimulates anaerobic bioremediation of chlorinated solvents and other contaminants.

Overview
Hepure is a key distributor of EVO to the environmental industry for contaminated site remediation. In addition to EVO, we can supply sodium lactate and a Dehalococcoides microbial culture. EVO is provided in 55 gallon drums and 265 gallon totes or tanker, typically as a 60% solution or pre-diluted ready for use by request. Hepure has distribution facilities nationwide to minimize trucking cost and lead time.
How EVO Works
The anaerobic bioremediation process uses native or introduced microorganisms (Dehalococcoides) to degrade chlorinated solvents such as PCE and TCE to innocuous end products including ethene and ethane. EVO provides both a slow-release carbon source (vegetable oil) and a fast-release carbon source (lactate) to sustain microbial activity over extended periods.
Product Selection
Let our product support specialist help you decide which bioremediation approach is right for your site or how to best integrate biological with chemical approaches. Hepure has the experience to determine the best approach based on project site characteristics. Our bioremediation and bioaugmentation solutions can seamlessly take the remediation transition from chemical to biological.
